Frequently Asked Questions

- The main part of Moreover products are made from metal with powder coating. And the wood part is made from solid wood with polyurethane coating.

- Use a damp cloth wipe the products and let it dry. Do not soak the products.

- All are designed and made in Bangkok, Thailand.

- Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from the day of order (excluding holidays).
- We send all package by DHL express : 3-5 business days. In case of your address is in DHL remote area we will send by Thailand post automatically without notice (15-21 business days).

- We offer free shipping for order over $75.

- All orders will be shipped to the address you provided here on check out page so please make sure that the address is correct. Refunds will not be made due to wrong address. If you would like a package to be send on a different address please let me know or leave me a note on checkout with the correct address.
- If a parcel is returned, because the address was incomplete or incorrect, because you refused to accept it or because you didn’t pick it up at the collection point in time, you will be charged for the shipping costs back to hard graft.

- International deliveries may be charged import duties and taxes on receipt of your package. Duties and taxes are the responsibilities of the recipient.
- To ensure the DHL courier can deliver your package in shortest possible time after entering your country, DHL pays the customs authority on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the package.
- Once the duties and taxes are fully repaid to DHL the package will delivered to you.

- You can return the item within 15 days after receiving if the product is unused, and you have the original receipt and packaging.
- Due to we offer free international shipping, real shipping charges are non-refundable. (You will be refunded the purchase price deduct with real shipping fee.)

- We don’t accept cancellation for international order.
